We share the concern about the number of uninsured Arizonans. House Bill (HB) 2177,  went into effect on September 21, 2006. HB 2177 grants a credit to health insurers on their premium tax return in exchange for providing reduced premiums to qualified individuals or eligible small employers with 2 to 25 employees.
